Refund & Cancellation
Booking fee
The ₹100 booking fee is adjusted in your final bill.
Cancellation
The booking fee is refundable if you cancel at least 24 hours before your slot by WhatsApp or call. Cancellations within 24 hours of the slot are non-refundable.
Prepaid consultation
The prepaid ₹500 phone/video consultation is refundable or can be rescheduled if you inform us at least 24 hours before the slot.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are sent by UPI to the account you paid from, within 3 working days.
